Vivosaur Information[]
Description
Although one of the weakest Vivosaurs, Aopteryx's ability to transform sets it apart. LP and FP-stealing skills help too.
Although one of the weakest vivosaurs, Aopteryx can learn Ancient Power for random transformations into other neutral vivosaurs. LP- and FP-stealing skills help add some punch as well.

Trivia[]
- Aopteryx has one of the lowest max LP stat of any vivosaur.
- Aopteryx is tied with the five chicken vivosaurs for lowest max Defense stat of any vivosaur.
- The Fossil Fighters Prima guide incorrectly states that Aopteryx can only transform into Neo.
- Aopteryx's ability to transform is likely in reference to Archaeopteryx's status as a significant transitional fossil between non-avian dinosaurs and modern birds. Ironically, however, most of the vivosaurs it can transform into are non-avian dinosaurs.
- Aopteryx is the only vivosaur whose japanese name is written in hiragana.
- Aopteryx, along with B-Tricera, are the only transformation vivosaurs with multiple transformations.
