• Tarbo is Shanshan's transformation in Fossil Fighters: Champions.
• In both games at the first dig site there is a small chance of getting Tarbo fossil rocks.
• In Fossil Fighters, the player can get a Tarbo (Legs) fossil at the beginning of the game if you select Tarbosaurus as your favorite dinosaur. You gain the fossil after defeating Captain Travers. To select Tarbo as your favorite dinosaur, select "Carnivores," then select, "Large Carnivores," where you can choose either Tarbosaurus or Tyrannosaurus Rex.
• In both Fossil Fighters and Fossil Fighters: Champions, one of the battle demos features a fossil fighter using Tarbo, along with U-Raptor and F-Raptor. He is fighting another fossil fighter with Brachio, Delta, and Hoplo.
• Despite that it is a "T-Rex" of the air vivosaurs Tarbo does not have a super evolution.
