Trivia
- In both games at the first Dig Site, there is a very small chance of getting Tarbo Fossil Rocks.
- In both games, one of the battle demos features a fossil fighter using Tarbo, along with U-Raptor and F-Raptor. He is fighting another fossil fighter with Brachio, Delta, and Hoplo.
- Tarbo boasts a sail upon its back, when in reality it had no sail. In fact, the sail on Tarbo's back would really have belonged to Spinax or Acro.
- Tarbo was once the strongest Air-Type Vivosaur in the first game. Although, other Air-Types such as the powerful Aeros replaced Tarbo as the strongest.
